Mention on the product packaging or page or looking up information on the switches used. Most of the random "blue/red/etc." clones probably are. No way of knowing for sure without confirmation or...
Looks like the stem for the key is something proprietary. I'd go for Cherry MX compatible stems no matter what board and switches you get. It'd make getting a key cap set much easier if you needed...
No experience with it but I wouldn't buy the brandless China junk myself :shrug:.
Probably better off with eBay or wherever though, due to shipping. Corsair K70/90/95 and Razer Blackwidow can probably be had cheap enough if you're patient.
