The one that solved the problem was configuring the control pad on port 1 and unclicking the multitap box. So sorry for all the trouble I was to dumb to set my one player game for one controller only...

This is how I configured my controller. My controller is a local one didnt have the budget for a logitech usb controller. XD

Yes this is my first time using epsxe and ive configured the controls on the emulator it just doesnt respond to the game ive downloaded Thousand Arms. Crash Team Racing works just fine

by the way i think the problem is the way how i downloaded the game and not the game itself. because when i tried to follow the instructions in the web and in youtube instead of .bin
and .cue file...

the games runs but the controller doesnt respond. In my other downloaded game Crash Team Racing my controller works just fine.
