Not directly from the disc, but you can have all epsxe files and plugins on the disc and then copy the files over to the computer, then set up epsxe on the computer and select the isos on the disc.

Where'd you download the emus from? Because that may be the problem. And also are you getting an error message? Which emu are you trying to get working?

:shocked: That one's a new one, it would be great it if it would run at good speeds but then you'll probably need atleast 512MB or 1gig of memory.

VBA and Snes9x both run slow so I don't think you'll be able to play any games at full speed :sad-no:. But the Genisis emus run really well ;).
