[edit] Oops, not using an emulator...hrm...I have no clue.
I was using an older version, but then I upgraded to the 1.8.0 Beta in response to the game not working. Rom might be corrupt, but I dunno. I'll dig around and see if I can find another rom, see if...
Anybody get this to work under any incarnation of VisualBoy Advance?
I've gotten a rom from two different sources so far, and each of them loads up to the "Presented by Nintendo" screen, and then...
Also, if you're using save states, loading a state in the middle of a scripted scene with streamed audio will also likely cause the game to lock up, as further sounds will not load. Battle scenes...
If that's supposed to be your example of how to use switches, then no wonder why they don't work. Because that's very, very wrong.
Copy your ePSXe.exe, and then paste it as a shortcut. Open the...
In regards to that specific problem, I've found that the game likes to lock up if you load state in the middle of a scene with streamed audio. I had no problems at all with Valkyrie Profile in ePSXe...
Anyone manage to burn this game successfully? Every time I've tried it, downloading it from different sources, scanning the isos for corruption, etc, I always end up "unrecoverable read error"...
Tales of Destiny II for the PSX fully supports up to 4 players in battle (and unlike Final Fantasy, they're all active at once), and also has a few minigames that support 2 players.
When I try to connect to the hub, all I get is an "unknown hub address" message. It doesn't look like it's connecting at all. Any help?
I really hate to do this, but I still kinda have a question that hasn't been answered fully... err...*bump*
Paper Mario, as far as I know, just has issues overall. You'll overcome the problem you're having now, only to have the screen flicker at seizure-inducing levels. I think the emulator 1964 made...
I have no clue how to use eccregen. I mean, I'll load up an iso and scan, but it doesn't tell me anything afterwards.
And it has nothing to do with the CD's I'm using. I've burned a good 30...
I actually tried that with my Tales of Destiny ISO. I ended up with a "CD image is not the supposed type" or something or other error. I tried all of the options that it would let me pick, but it...
Trying to burn off a bunch of my games to free up some HD space, but I've come across a few speed bumps. A bunch of my games don't seem to burn properly. They'll write properly up until about 93%,...
Mind pointing me in the right direction then? Been trying out various GB/GBC emulators at Zophar, but they all run slowly. It doesn't help that neither Zophar nor most of the homepages for these...
Out of curiosity, are there any emulators for low-spec systems like GB or NES that can operate at full capacity on an old 386 computer?
LoD has copy protection. The torrent from these boards also comes with a copy-protection patch to fix that.
Anyone mind PMing me the link? I'd be interested in seeing if I can get this set up.
Sorry to do this, but *bump*
Okay, well I've got the thing installed now, but where do I go to change those settings?
Just to be clearer, here's the instructions:
Make a new shortcut to ePSXe.exe. Right click it, and go to "properties". add -noauto after the last quotation marks under the file path heading. ...
So in other words it still won't work?
Mind giving me the gist of what it is that this thing'd be doing to my computer, then? Mainly, I didn't understand SDK, but I have a vague idea of the rest of it now.
BTW, the third download down...
I have no clue what the hell you just said. And if it was a serious attempt to help, mind pointing me in the direction of said software?
What I figured. Bummer. No way of resolving the problem short of getting a new comp, huh?
