That's actually where I download the ROM from, (XENOPHOBIA), the GUI version patched the ROM and it does load in DeSmuME just fine, the controls, wow, it's so nice to use the dpad. Sorry for wasting...

I seem to run a majority of the games perfectly fine on Dolphin, not sure what issues you were having, but have you been following Dolphin's progress at all?...
There is no real fix, this is actually a common issue with the playstation, the graphics chip lacked z-buffering and as such, textures tend to warp/wobble as you describe it....
I don't think you'll have any, if not maybe a few problematic games with those specs. On Dolphin. PCSX2, etc, there will always be a handful of games that will give you trouble, like Metal Gear Sold...
I've been looking for something like that for a long time, now I can actually enjoy Spirit Tracks lol
All I can say is, this game is all I could hope for, sort of like, between Brawl and Melee gameplay wise :P
