There's a couch to 5k program that could help also help you to, it's pretty simple, just alternate running and walking, also try go as slowly as possible at the start, you should never start off...

I think it you want to keep up the motivation for running sign yourself up for a short 5k run, because if you have a race to run for you WILL stay motivated.

Yeah when I bought Far Cry 3 I downloaded it for steam but upon launch uplay launches and then Far Cry 3 starts.

I know it's a first world problem but it did bug me a bit.

I played Far Cry 3 on ultra settings with my rig so I'm pretty happy.

Playing with people I know online would be the biggest incentive
