Spotted another PS2 removal:
all USA Spongebob games were removed. European, as well as all GameCube links are fine though.

It's not an issue - gotten that message plenty of times and it works fine.

I actually found a pattern with the PS2 removals - all of the games mentioned in this list correlate to the PS2 classics on the PS4 store as shown here.

Atari seems to be untouched as of now.

Also, try the GCN version if the problem persists.

To be more vague, Citra is still under heavy development and thus doesn't justify the creation of a 3DS rom section yet.
We're all excited for the day it finishes up, but still; be patient!
