One of the fans on my 560GTX has been getting blocked by the SATA_0 port/cable for a few days now. Was making some strange vibrating noise, thought it was a wire vibrating on the metal of the case....
Of course. If this motherboard turns out to be a dud, I'll be putting that HSF on my LGA775 board. I'm positive it'll keep my E7200 cooler than the stock fan does.
It was only £15. :P
It's an Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro 7 Rev. 2
Free PC parts I can't do anything with until I receive DDR3 RAM in the post.

It's funny, a couple of days after posting about my 4 year old laptop. It died.
:lol
>Implying I could be posting right now from a 4 year old laptop. But it's ancient and stuffs.
OK, my uncle's looking to upgrade his i5 (last gen 1136) dual core, 4GB RAM, HIS 5770 rig.
I suggested that he might as well go for top of the range since he has the money. These parts look...

Only time I've ever encountered random shut downs is because of overheating.
Yes, I too would get a 60-80GB SSD for OS/programs and a 1-1.5TB or two for storage.
I was reading about it yesterday and from what I could gather, as long as you're using Windows 7 64BIT you won't have any problems with a 3TB drive.
It's just XP/32bit that it won't work with.
3TB Hitachi, just think of all that data you're going to lose.
I already have 400GB x2 and a 1TB in my current PC, as well as a 1TB external.
I don't want drives for "backing up data" I want the drives for storing console ISOs on.
I generally only...
4x 5.25" Bays, 2x external 3.5" Bays, 5x internal 3.5" Bays
Learn to read, bro.
Might save this week's wages until 2 weeks from now and get the case, new motherboard, new CPU and DDR3...

I'm looking to buy this case, of course the case isn't the problem. It's just what I intend to do with my...
No, because I have consoles.
lol paying money for OS's. I'd rather use Linux than pay for Windows.
imgmount d [iso D: D:\Games\PC\WO\Wipeout.bin] -t iso is meant to be the correct command.
Same as before.
Didn't work, gave the usual error "to mount type c: c:\windows" or whatever
Yes. I want to read the DISC IMAGE not a virtual drive. ^_^
I plan on converting it to Xbox using DosXBOX, there are no virtual drives on Xbox so I would have to type in the mount image command...
Em, I do know. I'm new to DOSBOX not disc images. :--:
