Both controllers are maped to the same keys. Open pj64 then go Options>Configure controller plugin>Controller 2 tab and set what buttons you want
if he downloaded it from here, it should be a .iso, but he never said where he got it from. so this leads me to my next question. where did you download it?

IIRC, almost any image type will work. .iso .bin stuff like that
or an xbox360 controller, since it already has a usb plug. the drivers aren't that hard to hunt down either

brightside's right, you need a monster of a machine. i think i read somewhere that the minimum cpu for ps2 emulations is 5.something ghz. i could be wrong though
