I really tried to watch all of the original series. But, growing up on TNG, I just really couldn't muster all the imagination required for special effects from that era. Too campy for me :P

I watched 2010: The Year We Make Contact the other day. While not as epic as the first one, still good :]

I didn't expect much from a B movie, and some of the special effects were kinda goofy, but overall I enjoyed it :]

As good or maybe even better than the first. It had to be good, after all...it's the first time Nicholas Cage has ever done a sequel.

I got that for Christmas...haven't watched it yet.
I've heard good things about it.

Cheezy straightened it out a bit for me...I thought the final scenes were back on the ship even though it was destroyed. Instead they were on the bomb. So, I understand a bit more.

Just finished watching Sunshine.

Not extremely bad, but the ending had way too much creative license. Confusing and unnecessary.
