I was hoping to find this on EP, noticed it wasn't there, so came here to forum, and I can't find it here either. Ahh, I'm pretty sure I already know the answer and understand why, given how Nintendo has acted about this lately, but you never know, so is it available somewhere that I missed?

Yeah I can't see it here. There's a working public torrent afaik, I can't link to it though.

Gotcha, I'm a bit new to this but AFAIK redump = directly uploading files to PC from the disc directly right? And redump.org has info that can be used to confirm if a copy of the game online somewhere matches what a redump copy should be?

Redump means 1:1 verified copy. As in exact copy.
You can check the crc/md5/sha1 of a dump you have against redump info.
If you can't find the torrent but you're willing to go that way I can PM you.
Sure that would be awesome, seems like it's my best bet afterall.
