I just tested the file and it extracted alright. Could you please try with a newer version of 7-zip? The current version is 16.04.

Actually I would like to recommend you always use the latest version of 7zip, beta or whatever. Don't be concerned about possible stability issues.
So try 17.00 beta which is only a few months old.
Redownloaded with Chrome browser.
Tested extracting with 7-Zip v16.04 [64bit]. Same error.
Tested extracting with WinRar v5.40. File is corrupt.

Corrupted download, the file itself is ok as MasJ checked it himself.
It could be Chrome, or wifi if that's your local connection.
Did you try the ftp option for the download?
It could be that the file is corrupt on one of our servers. Can you please look at your Chrome download history and then copy and paste the URL of the file here?
I have retried with all the 4 options (HTTP - NA, HTTP - EU, FTP - NA, FTP - EU).
All 4 files have the same problem. The URL I tried are as below.
So far does not happen for other PS2 ISO that I downloaded from Emuparadise. Weird that only for me and for this file.
There were several servers that had corrupt versions of that file. I've replaced them now. Please try again and let me know how it goes :)
