What system could this rom be?

I can't for the life of me figure out what system the rom I've got is for. Here are the contents of the rom btw, which is supposed to be puzzle bobble:

Hey that's it. Thanks for helping out :) Darn I shoulda known it was a neogeo rom but instead I was wasting all my time researching mame!
