Ratchet and Clank BUG, ;(

When I was little I was a big fan of this games saga, and recently I was bored and dedicated to download them for PC and pass them to me. I already played the 1 with no problems, and when I passed it, I decided to download the 2 and all good until this point. Just when I finish a mission the game stays black, only the audio is heard and later it remains frozen with the black screen.
If someone could help me, I would be grateful.

At minute 5:25 it goes black and only audio is heard. Later he does not do anything. At the end of the video I show the configuration I have. In case I had something wrong
