From the mainsite? Shouldn't be. This can happen sometimes if your download is broken/incomplete. Make sure it's fully downloaded and try again.Quote:

It's from the main site and it's in a second zipped folder after you unzip the first, I tried the USA and European version so I doubt it wasn't fully downloaded but I'll try anyway. Thanks.
Hmm can you post a screenshot of the first and second folders? Are there multiple zips/rars in the second folder?
If this is a fluke and really does have a password you could try Emuparadise or EPforums as the password. I can't download it at the moment to check, just posting from the phone right now.

Just downloaded both Europe and USA versions and both extracted fine. No password was needed.
What archive manager are you using?
So yeah that's what I figured - incomplete downloads.
