This is the Everything Emulation section for PC and Mac users only and possibly why you have not had a reply, unless you are just emulating on a PC then just use a PSX emulator directly
By the sounds of it though you want to post in Everything Console user the sony section there or possibly request a converted copy in the Emuporium > Upload Services > PSP Links and use the Requests thread there
