Did you check your system specs against those of the games you're trying to run?
those games were working before formatting my pc
Have you updated your video card drivers?

Download SIW here and run it.
In the hardware section, right click the Video section and choose Export to->txt.
Attach this text file to you next post. This way me or someone else can give you a link to the most recent video drivers for your video card.
My friend was having this problem with his 4000 series graphics card, I told him to update his graphics card drivers and now the game works fine.
