Help! Usb loader gx not working when games launched from wad files

I have soft modded my wii to run games from the USB drive. I used crap to make wad files to launch the game straight from the home screen, with out having to open USB loader gx. When I open usb loader gx and launch a game it works fine, but when I launch a game from the wads, it either shows the us loader gx logo and freezes with the word loading on the screen, or flashes white and then stays black and requires a restart to make the wii usable again. I can provide my ios versions and such if you would like. If no one knows how to fix this it's OK I can launch the games from inside the launcher. Thanks in advance.
