Running Hard Rock Casino PSP on OpenEmu emulator

I'm having trouble running the game Hard Rock Casino on OpenEmu. I download the files (all .rar files ranging from .001-.027) and I cant seem to find the iso file that will make the game run properly via the emulator. Can anyone give me a guide on how to get this problem fixed so I can run the game on OpenEmu????

That's a split archive, the image will be inside it. Extract from the first part.
