Been there too a few times. It totally sucks.
Hope things get better for you.
Easier said than done. :grazy:
Yeah. Well, the only thing I can say is, try not to think about it that much, it will make things worse. Do anything else, the interest will come back eventually. I can't tell if there's a formula, but avoiding overthinking is always the first step.
Naw, I'm not overthinking. Just that I'm disabled and have chronic pains.
Shame on me then. I made a gaffe. Sorry.
Which games have you been able to play?
Nah, don't worry about it. Been like that since 91 (onset was 83 as a result of a stupid driver who was speeding in a neighborhood and slammed into me at a corner).
I do mostly word games and puzzles. Seems what I'm interested in lately. I'll play my retro console once in a while, mostly c64 and Amiga.
What about the old point and click type games?
I like those. :)
I got a few I'm checking out. Mostly point n click mystery games and puzzle games. I hate beat the clock games.
I have over 4500 games to check out. That should keep me busy. :bore:
Sure does suck! But at least without a legacy, we have the escape of auto death to look forward to.
That's going to be a problem because I didn't save or BM them. I remember though one was a Nintendo medieval game about a mad doctor/scientist. I remember another called Zelda. That was a fun game and I completed it.
I remember Time Tunnel and Bonecruncher on c64. Those were my fav games. I guess if I bounce around 1000s of games I'll remember more. :S
Do you remember the Atari 2600? Used to play a lot of them.
I played some Atari 2600 games. I mostly played a lot of NES and SNES games in my younger days.
You must be a young un. :dancing:
Wow, that's 40 years between us. Now I feel really old. :omigosh:
I guess this old frog can hop merrily ever after. :Kermit:
No, never tried it. Seems I'm not interested anymore. That could change once I get the injections in my neck in a little over a week. I was going to get it on 1-30 but my INS said it's too soon.
Great, six more weeks of pain. >.>
Hold on. You’ll get through this. Wish you the best of luck.
Thanks. Health care are getting worse.
Huh?
I wish we can do that in real life. :damn:
Better today and finally will get the injections in my neck tomorrow. I hope it'll all be over with and I'll have relief for months. Pain sucks.
After the procedure I'll be seeing my former pain doc who left to start his private practice. It's been a year but he's finally ready and gave me a holler to pop by if I want. I said hell yeah I'll come by. I like him and he's good. He's just down the street from this pain clinic I'm going to.
Happy days. :fdance:
LOL thanks.
It's done and I'm going to take a nap as it's pretty sore. Also saw my new doc and got the paperwork for 3-19 appt.
Wow, not only did I finally get relief from the pain (aside from other pains sigh) but sure slept a lot. It's great to get rest but for like 100 hours (it seems) in 3-4 days? :0:
Such is life. :ahhh:
Seems I forgot about my updated account here. So from now on this is me. :hello:
