PSX games have been removed from forums uploads before due to DMCA, but I haven't noticed anything recently myself.
If something disappears completely (not moved to uploads trash) it may not be because of DMCA complaint though, uploaders can soft delete their own threads and normal members can't see the reason why the thread disappeared.
