HotSwapping to new ISO src image!
ive tried different bios, tried radeon graphics, default hardware,
but cant seem to get it to run
any help appreciated

Try just running the bios on it's own at first, just to rule out iso issues
As for games use the quick boot option mostly most games will work via that more than a full boot
I am sure you have already tried doing a fresh copy but if you try again do that from the full install package rather than just the binary, that will just make sure it is regged to run from whatever directory you install it to either that or use a path that does not require extra permissions

selecting boot fast solves the problem
thanks zorlon
