I just downloaded NiGHTS and the hacked version of GiriGiri Gav, but I have no idea how to use it. It says to run gentoc on the .cue, but when I do that the toc.bin never shows up. I've read the readme but it really doesnt help... Anyone know how to work this thing?
I have no idea how to use it at all ^_^ But I'm pretty sure I've heard it only works with bin+cue rips & CDs. I'm assuming you grabbed my copy of Nights. So maybe you'll have to convert it to bin+cue or mount the image with Daemon Tools.

Satourne always freezes after I configure plug-ins. I've also tried using it as a CD and ive turned it to bin/cue
You have to run command prompt and have the bin and cue in the directory with gentoc.. then run it like this..
C: \girigiri>gentoc.exe thegame.cue
then open base.ini and put in where the toc and cue files go.. like this..

When I run the gentoc on the cue it says it is unable to open NiGHTS.cue and doesnt make the toc.bin
open nights.cue with notepad and look at where it says FILE. It should look something like this.. Heres my cue for shiningforce 3

INDEX 01 00:00:00
POSTGAP 00:02:00
If the cue file directory doesnt match where the iso and wavs are there will be an error..

If its like this take the directory out
FILE "C: \shiningforce3.iso"
back up your cue file and do this.. then save
FILE "shiningforce3.iso"
make sure all the iso wav files are in the same directory as gentoc.exe and nights.cue
try running it again with gentoc and when your successfull it will say
C: \saturn\GiriGiri>gentoc.exe shin3.cue

You see, somebody(either yourself or the buddy you got this image from) decided
it'd be a great idea to rip the audio track(s). Normally, it's fine on a real
saturn, but girigiri itself doesn't seem to like images are like that. Any toc's
generated for this image could very well not work.

Saturn gives me a headache...
hmmm saturn emulation with TOCs is a pain..lol
I would try other saturn isos and try to rip bins and cues with cdrwin 4.0..
Try running gentoc.exe with the clone cd copy
It would be easier just to buy a damn Saturn...*Starts calling gaming stores*
I also need help with that gentoc.exe, I tried it on both CDRWin and Clone CD ISO's with no success. Why doesn't it make the gentoc.bin? >_<

I don't know...the readme makes it look so simple...but nooooo. I seriously wish I could just find a Saturn with NiGHTS and Fighter's Megamix at some game shop.
