Downloaded a PS2 emulator a few months ago (I'm presuming PCSX2, but I'm not 100% sure of that), and tried playing Wild Arms: Alter Code F on it. It ran extremely slowly, and none of the tips I could find online at the time helped it run any faster. Is it the game itself that was the issue, or might it have been my computer specs (what the attached picture shows)? And if it's my specs, is there another PS2 emulator that I can use that would work better?
I recommend that you try and run another game to test your pc,also ,download the newest version of pcsx 2(If it isn't already ).

PCSX2 is really the only option.
You can try switching the rendering option under config-video-plugin settings to d3d9 software and you can increase the ee and vu cycle rate/stealing under speedhacks a bit and see if that gives a boost. Keep resolution at native. In the end I think it's just your specs, using onboard graphics??
hi how do i play my iso games on pcsx2 i have downloaded pcxs2 but my downloadeble game doesnt show up its still in downloadible files

Yeah your system is on the low side to get 100% speed (it's CPU that is more than anything else as far as system specs go)
P.S. did you remember to import your PSX save from Suikoden II the only game that they dropped that for was Suikoden V
The first and second ones are still the better ones though anyway :/
