Help with Xenoblade Chronicles HD Texture Pack installation.

Ive kinda not messed with it for a long time and I've just recently decided I wanted to get into Xenoblade again.
Though, the HD Texture Pack thing for it doesnt seem to work. From my understanding I apparently need to put the parts of the HD pack into the SX4P01 folder, and that folder into the Dolphin Emulator load folder in documents.
Is this the wrong place to put it, or is the problem something else?
