Format your new stick, then copy everything from the old working one to like a folder on your desktop or whatever.
Delete any games that were there...not on the actual stick but in the copied stuff on your PC.
Then copy everything to the freshly formatted new stick.
Then throw the new game in the ISO folder.

You are awesome. Praise be to you, kind sir.
Mine fake game is working. Yes.
If this was Youtube, I'd like and share you. But this is not Youtube. So I will click this Thanks button. It seems semi-important.

No problem. Keep in mind my suggestions though, updating your CFW is important as 6.60 PRO-C fix3 supports all PSP releases even the recent ones. Getting a card adaptor means way more affordable space for games, plus emus and roms etc ;)

If you do format that do it with the PSP itself and all the support folders will be created for you (Not sure the ISO folder is created though)
That should be enough to get it working ok
Then copy the game to the ISO folder again
There could of been a readability error with the mem stick Pro with your PSP
As above update your CFW
P.S. something worth looking at is a Mem stick Pro to 2x Micro SD cards, I got one of those for about £3 a little back and have 2 32GB Micro SD cards in it, it's just a much cheaper way of getting more space to dump your games onto
