I can link to my one drive to provide game ROMs if I want to. There is nothing being uploaded on the site itself so therefore, it is an appropriate thing to do and any companies like Digital Genocide cannot hold Emuparadise accountable for users merely posting external links on a forum.

Why are torrent sites taken down then? Nothing hosted there at all.

It's not allowed to post any kind of link to restricted material, regardless of where the files are hosted. So, stop doing it and don't create more threads on the same. Contact an Staff Member if you have futher questions.
