when I downloaded daxter abd Gow ghost of sparta, after unraring the first file there was no iso file or a rar file carrying the iso file. this never happened before with me....help

You have a scene release most likely and you need to extract the folder containing all the pieces of the split archive then open the first part then extract the iso.
