Need help with settings {Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII} (pcsx2)

I am having trouble getting DoC to work at a proper speed. The game works almost perfect except the speed is just a bit slow to where it is notable especially in the fmv's Now you could say just deal with the audio lag but I can't take the game seriously when everyone sounds like they are drunk talking slow. I have tried turning down the internal resolution to native and have tried speedhacks. I have also tried to change the plugin to one that was made for DoC to supposedly "work like it should" but it was just the same exact results. Anyone have any advice on how to fix the speed in the game? I will leave a list of my system specs below:
