Want to buy Street fighter II ROM for bsnes or snes9x

Hello, I just installed bsnes and snes9x on my Mac (Mojave). I want to be up-and-up, so if anybody has a legal copy of the ROM (i.e. also owns a cartridge I guess), I'd like to do a PayPal transfer and get that ROM (bonus for the cartridge itself, just to give me the warm and fuzzy that I am running a legal ROM).

Absolutely no buy and sell of roms here cartridge or no.

Paying for roms is worse than downloading free roms, by several leagues. You cannot legally buy roms.
You can buy Virtual Console games on some Nintendo platforms, but you can't use those roms as roms. You could buy a SNES Classic (which includes Street Fighter II Turbo: Hyper Fighting), but extracting the roms off it isn't legal (it is morally acceptable by most opinions though).

Just download the game for free from anywhere (I'm sure we have it in a rom pack somewhere). If you want to feel morally right about doing that, buy the original cart as well.
