need help getting Paper Mario (Gamecube) ISO to play some please help

i downloaded a rom for Paper Mario TTYD but it gave me a 7zip file which i proceeded to open using 7zip file viewer but that gave me an ios file, i tried to play the game using multiple gamecube emulators but none of the emulators seem to be able to play that type of file, someone please help

I don't really understand what you're trying to say.

You extracted an iso image from the archive and you can't get it to work with Dolphin :?
