As you can see i am new to emu. I am also very new to all this technology as i have been "away" for a while. I need some help in what to do to play the NES games on my LG Fortune. I'm talking step-by-step. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty simple actually.
Grab something like Nostalgia from the google play store. There's a free version. Download a few games. Load the emulator. Then load a game from the emulator, just browse to where the games are in its menu and play.
