DOSbox problems

I'm trying to play the DOS versions of Shadowgate, Deja Vu, and Uninvited.. with savestate. I'm trying to use DOSBox SVN-Daum since it seems to be the only one that supports saves?

The roms load, everything is fine, except the mouse *click* doesn't work. The cursor is there, it moves around, but clicks don't work.



Basically, DOSbox .74 works perfectly but there's no savestate, and DOSBox SVN-Daum has savestate but the mouse click doesn't work. What do I need to do? Adjust the .conf file? what part exactly?

Why save states? They always cause problems for people, and then questions about the rom or emu being broken are brought up.

yeah, seems like something's broken. anyone have a fix?
