Dolphin: window control

to explain in detail, in Project64 i was able to control in-game actions even if i selected a different window to come upfront

for example: i click the firefox tab and i'm still able to play my PJ64 game even if my firefox is taking up some of the PJ64 screen

in dolphin howevr, i'm not able to control in-game actions when i bring up another window in front of it

i was wondering if ther's a setting or somethng i can change so i can play my game while having another window in front

dolphin ver i'm using is 4.0.2 and i'm on a win7 64-bit SP1
