having trouble downloading roms for psp emulator on android galaxy note 8...Specifically rar and iso...I've read some stuff about decrypting and whatnot...I don't have a problem with zip files. using ppsspp emulator...any site suggestions or emulator and or ways to extract decrypt and use these file formats? Pleas help
