Newly setting up Retropie seeking advice on a few issues

Hello,

I have been working with the Retropie for about a week now and have been able to solidly get NES, SNES, and Genesis working on it. The biggest issue I am facing as of now is working with the Apple II roms. When downloading the Apple II pack it looks like quite a bit of the games are split up into multiple files due to the game originally being on separate disks or being double sided.

I was wondering if there is any way to combine the different files to have them on one master game ROM or have the retropie switch to the different side (move to the next file)?

Any information would be greatly appreciated and I do have/will have more questions regarding the retropie as I am still new to working with it. If anyone is knowledgeable about it I would greatly appreciate someone to speak with. Youtube will only get you so far. :)
