My all-time favorite movie villain is the Joker.
-
Jon Irenicus of Baldur's Gate II. Epic story, epic D&D Forgotten Realms archmage with almost limitless magical power antagonist with epic lines and epic voice acting.
-
Kefka from FF6. Frieza from DBZ.
-
My favorite TV show villain is Cersei Lannister from Game of Thrones.
-
Honestly, a personal fav of mine is N from Black & White, just because he has a surprisingly solid argument. He's got surprisingly good charisma.
-
He's been mocked in several movies however no games, but Kim Jun-Un is my favorite despotic antagonist. "Nucular." - Dubya

Probably going to get flak for this but for me, THE villain has always been Vegeta until he turned good, in which case I still liked him even more. It's the same story for Sasuke maybe I like them, or maybe I just can't stand plot armored heroes. I just like that they have flaws and struggle between good and bad, power and complacency it's relatable to most humans I think. Ps im talking early naruto and DBZ not DBS or the rubbish they put out after. Sadly I don't watch any of it anymore but I do view the older shows every now and again for nostalgic purposes.
