Daytona USA - how to get working?

Anyone got the original arcade version of Daytona USA working? I've tried loading it in MAME and the graphics are all messed up. I tried loaded it in Model 2 Emulator and it says files are missing.

I can play Daytona USA remake on Dreamcast, but they've changed the commentator voice to Big Gay Al from South Park - which is really off-putting. The original commentator voice was a manly chest low voice guy.

If you want to emulate Model 2 games, MAME is not the one you want. Look for Nebula's Model 2 Emulator.

extract the attached and copy those into the daytona.zip file (you should be able to open the zip and drag the missing roms into it)

Yeah m2emulator should run that one fine

first run will report a Network error

so first thing you will need to do is tap F2 to bring up the arcade system settings

press z until you have highlighted GameSystem and press 1 to select the option, next screen you want to press z until Link ID is highlighted and press 1 until it says Single, then press z until Exit is Highlighted and press 1, again press z until Exit is Highlighted and press 1 (you only do this the first time you run it)
