A few games are in the ".bin.ecm" file type. These won't play in retropie.
It's another type of archive.
Use a pc and get ecm tools. Think it's still on the main site under utilities. Might even be a forum share somewhere too. Just drag the .ecm over the unecm icon and it will do it's thing then just copy your .bin back over.
