Camtasia Screen Recorder HD Features help

So, according to many websites, this program was recommended for having a good UI and also HD features. I then got the program for myself (version 7.1 which is far back from the latest version) and tried out the HD for myself.

I used the HD preset while 'producing' the video, and, when I checked out youtube after uploading, it was hardly HD. Here's the video which can be viewed in 720p:

I recorded it using Camtasia Recorder which was included in the package. Is there any way of making Camtasia Recorder record for making HD videos?
