PSP PCE/TG CD conversion

Hi all,

Can anyone give insight into how to convert the ISO/CUE to a format recognized by either Hugo or PCEP emulators on PSP? So from the site all the CD based games are ISO/CUE format. But the emulators only wants ISO/MP3 with TOC files.

I was able to get from another site a rom that was already converted to ISO/MP3 and I got the TOC from nectasy.

I tried daemon tools and power iso to mount the ISO and CUE. And then used Turbo rip. But when I mount the CUE it gives me 1 track file. And when mounting the ISO, it says invalid format not supported. And when ripping the ISO with turbo rip it just gives me another ISO/CUE.

I have zero knowledge on what to do. But I do know that ISO/MP3 is bad dumps and not liked online. But for my purposes I really want to get them in ISO/MP3 format.
