Browser/ System Configuration Problem on PS2 emulator

I have a problem with the emulator of PS2. When I run a game there's a menu that shows up that says browse and system configuration. When I go to browse it goes to another menu where there are memcards but when I select them it only says No Data. I've seen in other videos that the games should appear here. Can you please help me?

P.S: I dont know if this is important but when i try to run a game i have to select No Disc cause when i select Iso and run the game there's a error.

Assuming this is PCSX2 on Windows, you would select your iso and then use Boot CDVD (Fast) for best results.

If not, please post again with your OS and emulator and version number.

It is on Windows, and the emulator is PCSX2 1.4.0
