rar with lots of iso

i have downlaoded fairytail portable guild game here from emuparadise

when i downloaded it i get a rar file
inside that rar file i saw 1 folder
inside that folder i saw lots of rar file
each rar file has iso file inside it

how do i play that game?

In the folder with lots of rars look for a part 0, or a rar that doesn't have a part number and extract that one.
