Keeps saying that the RAP file wont load. But every "fix" I find wont allow me to use the 1.03 update, instead the "fix" reverts me to 1.01. Are there any fixes that allow me to keep the latest version?

Try the NA or EU version instead.
Have you only got han option?

the man fixes ive been trying come from many differnet places and all these "fixes" wont allow me to keep the latest update which is 1.03
So you've only got han? Just wondering why you're bothering with psn version. Also why Japanese release.

In the past I've always used PSNStuff+ to grab everything I need, but I've only ever done 4.70 OFW backup injection and then I moved onto Rebug CFW.
Never tested this title though.
