Help with "The Punisher" on MAME 0.203

I've recently obtained a copy of "The Punisher" to use on MAME, unfortunately when I try to launch the program it keeps giving me an error saying: "ps63b.1a (279 bytes)- NOT FOUND- NO GOOD DUMP KNOWN & ioc1.ic1 (260 bytes)- INCORRECT LENGTH: 279 bytes" any info on where I could find these two? I searched google but couldn't find them specifically :( I'm running MAME: 0.203 and don't know where to find ROM sets for the updated version, so I just obtain each ROM individually, some work, but others keep giving me errors at times...Should I just get a rom set? if so where for this version of MAME? But prefferably I just need the two errors fixed. Any help will greatly be appreciated Thank you!

Those messages are not fatal, and the game will run perfectly well without those files.

ps63b.1a (279 bytes)- NOT FOUND- NO GOOD DUMP KNOWN : this means that the file doesn't exist yet, so ignore it.

ioc1.ic1 (260 bytes)- INCORRECT LENGTH: 279 bytes : not fatal, game will still start.

Make sure you run it from the command line, not from the inbuilt menu.
