Issues with burning multi bin games

Im going crazy trying to figure out, so far the two games that i Have issues with are multi bin games, Tales of Destiny and Lunar Silver Story. Im using Taiyo Yuden Discs, with ImgBrun at lowest speed possible and I always get stuck at the sony ps1 logo screen. I have backups of other PS1 games that were single bin and works perfectly fine. I have also attempted to make them into a single bin with both cdmage as well as mounting the img and ripping it as a single iso with img burn. All of these do not work. These imgs were obtained from emuparadise. Please help! Thanks in advance.
