Can't download Sonic Adventure 2

Hi! Ok, this is my problem:

1. I followed all instructions until the download link appeared.

2. I click the download link.

3. Something about not being able to access ftp phobos (or whatever) and requesting a username and password.

4. I try ignoring by clicking cancel.

5. A page comes up saying no data was received.

6. I try again.

7. Same happens.

8. Since the username and password thing were a pop-up i start to think about disabling pop-ups through facebook.

9. I use my facebook account to disable pop-ups.

10. I try again.

11. The username thing doesn't appear anymore, instead it automaticly says that no data was received.


So, what am I supposed to do to download this awesome game?
