Why do I get this message when I open PCSX2??

Whenever I start up PCSX2, I get this message

The configured GS plugin file was not found
C:\Program Files (x86)\PCSX2\plugins\Please Configure
Press Ok to go to the Plugin Configuration Panel.

I've tried google searching a solution to this but with no leads.

Reinstall but don't use program files. Make your own directory, something simple like C:\PCSX2\

And run as Administrator and configure your plugins.
