Pokemon Soul Silver Fix? 2017 DeSmuME 9.11

After searching for a long while now and getting tired of looking at 5+ year old forums for a fix for the DeSmuME version, I was able to find this.

I started with a fresh ROM from Emuparadise, (u) that is.
Next was to enter this in the Action Replay, then restart the emulator.
Play till you are able to save the game, IN GAME.
Should be fine after that.

I tested this over 5 min. and nothing happened in terms of black screens. Exiting/entering your home, up and down the stairs, and messing with computer upstairs.
Everything was fine after this was entered.

Weird i dont recall Desmume having issues only No $Gba really did.

the latest 64-bit version of DesmuME doesn't have issues at all with Pokemon games, even if they're not cleaned.
