1941 Counter Attack wont run?

I have downloaded the 1941.zip file and the mame 64 bit emulator. Where do extract the files to to make it run? Please help! I'm a complete n00b to this...

hey this is what you gotta do goto the folder where you have your mame application and files there should be a folder that says roms you gotta drag the game to that folder ( no need to extract it ) then when you open up your mame click options then directories from there you set up your rom folder to be the primary folder for games after you do that click file then audit all games itll then scan for downloaded games and whatever games you have on your folder it should show up
